These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the APRIS website and services provided by OmniWorks Consultants (Pty) Ltd, trading as APRIS. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About APRIS
APRIS is a strategic clarity practice. We provide thinking partnership, gap analysis, and strategic guidance to business owners and leaders. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, or technical implementation services.
2. Our Services
APRIS offers:

— A free initial conversation to explore your business challenges
— Retainer-based strategic clarity sessions (monthly hour packages)
— Clarity documents, gap analyses, and strategic guidance artefacts

The scope of any engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.
3. No Advice Disclaimer
The guidance provided by APRIS is strategic and advisory in nature. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. You remain responsible for all business decisions made as a result of our engagements. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for legal, financial, or technical matters.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for retainer engagements are agreed in writing prior to commencement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. APRIS reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
5. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a retainer engagement by providing 30 days written notice. Work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced and payable. The free initial conversation carries no obligation and may be cancelled at any time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the APRIS website — including text, design, and branding — is the property of OmniWorks Consultants (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Documents and artefacts produced specifically for your engagement become your property upon full payment.
7. Confidentiality
APRIS treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
APRIS provides services in good faith based on the information available. We are not liable for business outcomes, losses, or damages arising from decisions made based on our guidance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
